Marketing consent
We only send marketing email to people who have opted in, as required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting info@mehakestates.ca.
Where your information is stored
Our website and database are hosted by third-party providers whose servers may be located in the United States. This means your information may be stored outside Canada and could be accessible to foreign courts or law enforcement under the laws of that country. By submitting a form you consent to this transfer.
Who we share it with
