Mehak Estates is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and WCAG 2.0 Level AA.

What we have done

  • Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page
  • A “skip to content” link for keyboard users
  • Every interactive control reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline
  • Text alternatives for images and icons
  • Form fields with proper labels, and errors announced to assistive technology
  • Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer less animation
  • Colour contrast reviewed against WCAG AA for body text

Known limitations
